We've previously talked to FAA about what they do, but we were told OST is involved when there are multi-modal issues. This briefing would be with me and Ranking Member Gillibrand's personal office staff. Below are some specific questions we'd like addressed at the briefing. What limitations are there to an approved 130i package? How has coordination with DOD evolved over the past 18 months? How does the approval process differ for training exercises?
