Wescoat about 8:30 a.m. this date to advise that Commercial Metals Corporation paid their fine for the OSHA violation which was classified by OSHA as serious. He asked if Commercial Metals Corpora tion was continuing the job even while the strike was in progress. I ad vised that they were not, and he asked if it was expected that they would resume and indicated that it was mandatory that OSHA conduct a follow-up inspection after a "serious" violation.
