Dear Dr. Kehoe:
We have Just received an inquiry concerning the possibility of significant lead absorption in the handling of putty cut with lead gasolene. I wonder if there is any specific experience of this type which would guide us in advising the company?
If I remember correctly, studies were made of skin absorption re sulting from washing the hands in gasolene. Could you give me the references to reports on any such studies?
Sincerely yours,
TFH:B
