I do have certain language highlighted in my copies, but determined that you would probably want to read all of this closely anyway. I think you will find them rather interesting. As I explained, I am presently in the process of trying to get a master list of the N.S.C. nerribership for pertinent years. This will require a court order as they consider their membership and mailing lists to be priveleged. On the inside cover of each transcript, you will note that the volume was automatically mailed to each industrial member., Needless to say, these mailing lists might really prove to be enlightening as far as specific defendant liability is concerned.
