Apparently this has been caused by a misunderstanding on our part. Our frequency and sample type have always met or exceeded the permit requirements, but, in regards to reporting, we've historically listed only those frequencies which exceeded the permit requirements. Anything else not listed meant that the permit requirements were met. In future submittals, we will insure that the DMR's contain the information in proper form. If you have any questions, please contact Paul Fetzer at (318) 491-5067. ,, , - ,,: Sincerely * : *:**; -- J. A. We believe that these apparent violations were caused by a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the questions asked, and answers given during the inpsection by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources. In an attempt to correct the misunderstandings, we have sent a letter to Mr. William Librizzi, a copy of which is attached for your information. Your assistance in clearing up this matter is appreciated. Should you have any further questions concerning this matter please contact Ron Bryan at (318) 491-5062.
