There Is bilateral pulmonary and pleural scar which is essentially stable at this time. Heart is normal.
There is bilateral rather severe pulmonary fibrosis which has in this patient a diffuse micro nodular pattern. The appearance 1s some what suggestive of pulmonary vascular congestion but it is stable since the past examination of 12-31-79.

There appears to be some fibrosis in the lungs particularly in the right upper lobe but very minimal in amount. This seems old and stable. The chest otherwise is normal and is without change since 10-18-79.

There is some pulmonary fibrosis in the bases and pleural thickening seen particularly in the right chest laterally and overlying the right lower lung fields as described. These findsings may be
stable but the pleural densities in particular
does represent change in appearance of the chest since 2-8-80 and suggests that there has been some pleurisy or pleural reaction has occurred since the previous examination. The chest there fore cannot be proven to be stable at this time. The heart is normal.
Few medium irregular opacities left upper zone, left middle zone. Marked extent of 5-IOria pleural thickening. Bilateral chest wall and diaphragmatic both costophrenic angles obliterated. Notify private physician about X-ray findings.
There is some rignt mediastinal and rignt hilar

There 1s some pulmonary and pleural fibrosis at the lung bases which is slowly progressive over the past 6 years. Change since 11-13-79 is not discernible.
Except for some minor fibrosis, the chest is normal. There is no change in the chest since the last examination of 11-5-79.

Pleural and pulmonary fibrosis seems to be progressing unusually rapidly. There is a question of another major change as noted a l w e so that a repeat PA film should be obtained to see if this is merely artifact.
