The model or models chosen should be validated for our major process chemicals of concern. The modeling will be used to assist in developing plans for emergency release response programs and to model individual specific events when needed to determine potential off-site impact. Initially, after obtaining the needed software and training in Houston, we should proceed to model specified release scenarios at the manufacturing sites to enable a better understanding of the potential for off-site impact. We would need your assistance in developing the list of scenarios to be modeled and interpreting the results.
