It seems that Westinghouse entertain thought that the nature of the impurities would not lead to unusual toxicological or environ mental factors beyond what the experience is with the more familiar PCBs. Obviously Westinghouse people believe that the competitive chlorinated material would function similar to PCBs within the electrical apparatus. At this late stage of the Westinghouse transaction I feel it merely desirable to report this recently acquired information for whatever it might still be worth.
