2644 Mill3 Avenue Norwood, Ohio
Dear Doctor Obetz t
In accordance with your letter of December 2nd,
I have examined Mr*
and. I enclose herewith a report
which presents the resuWs of my examination* I believe it
is self explanatory*
I have considered the possibility that Mr. _ may have had a considerable exposure to load* In my opinion this would be a matter of secondary importance but It seems
pertinent to me to inquire into the extent of such exposure, in as much as It is conceivable that such an exposure may have been a contributing factor In a general lack of resis tance to an infectious process* The heart condition is un doubtedly of the latter type and in my opinion It Is the sole cause of his present disability, I shall make a later report of the lead findings if there is anything of significance to report. Some ten days will be required In obtaining this Information* I have done this on my own initiative rather than from any feeling that it Is likely to r Csultln any important information In furtherance of Mr. fHHH| claim for compensation.
I enclose herewith a bill for my services which I trust will be in keeping v/Ith Industrial CoxaSiIssionls fees.
If it Is out of line,I I shall not object to accepting any-com pensation which is proper for such service*
Very truly yours.
