Pursuant to the AOC, Anadarko agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 35 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than January 19, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 35, of all work completed under the AOC, dated January 19, 2021.
