Does that work for you? If not, we'll shift the meeting around to later that day. In the meantime, can you please send me a list by the end of this week of specific actions you'd like Lake Mead NRA to do more of or differently when it comes to invasive mussels? In preparation for that, would you be able to send me the portions of Nevada's applicable regulations or law that empowers you to enforce boat inspection/decontamination? The reason I ask is that at least some of our lawyers back here are unaware that Nevada has strong state authority in this area. My goal is to be able to show our folks that the state law and regs are plenty adequate, and that it is our job as feds to help Nevada enforce their rules more effectively by being better partners with the state.
