Kehoe, Dear Dr. Kehoe: I know that you are interested in the New York City situation with reference to the dis tribution of Ethyl Gasoline and am therefore enclosing cojy of a resolution recently adopted on the subject ty the Board of Health. We have always been on the defen sive in an effort to explain the continued existence of the old resolution whenever we were questioned about it, and this has not been infrequently, so that the rescinding resolution should not only help us here but act to our advantage in those foreign countries where competitive propaganda has often pointed to the ban in this City.
