Kehoe, I am sending you reprints of articles concerning lead poisoning which I have done, together with articles I have written in conjunction with Dr. S. L. Tompsett; no doubt you have seen some of this work already. I would he very much obliged if you would send me reprints of your most recent work on lead, especially with reference to lead in the "blood and urine. I have recently completed my Ll.D. thesis on this problem, and although my facilities for material have been somewhat limited and are in no way comparable to your am I feel that the results may form a stimulus to further work in this country. I am at present trying to correlate stippled cell counts and urinary lead values in the excretion of coproporphyrin 3 in the urine, and if you should have any experience of the porphyrin test I would be glad of your advice.
