We are excited about the prospects for our tenure and service. The Southwest Council of Agribusiness (SWCA) has a group coming to DC next week (April 24-27) and would greatly appreciate any opportunity to meet with you or your designees. The SWCA is an alliance of agricultural organizations, lending institutions, and agriculturerelated businesses established to actively advocate for strong agricultural policy -- you can see the membership at http://southwest-coun.cil.org/wp/our-members/. The SWCA represents land-holders -- stewards of our resources -- who work daily to safeguard and cultivate a sustainable environment. From water to air to soil health to pesticide permitting, the EPA has a significant impact upon the members and interests of SWCA. We expect there will be a greater respect in the new EPA for those who toil in this ancient and challenging field, and would hope to establish a stronger working relationship going forward. Thank you for considering. The group has 20 representatives flying in, but we would fashion a group to the size you would request. They could make anytime on the 25th, 26th or 27th work, but would prefer the 25th if possible. We would provide a specific list of names from those below, and specific issues to be discussed prior to the meeting. Sincerely, 17cv01906 Sierra Club v.
