Understand. Thanks. We have an issue with refrigerants and California and the ERA SNAP program, which fits squareiy in the vein of federalism does not mean CA sets national policy. California is moving on regulations (comments are due on their latest draft this Friday) so hopefully, first week of December would work out - fingers crossed. Thanks again.
