I think an initial step might be to ask the representative to show us the regulations of exactly what is required to be submitted and provided to the CPSC -- they must have written regulations which we could review. Following this and if we are not satisfied with what is being requested, I then would cover this with Bill Papenbrock's office. The risk you are running in checking with Bill Papenbrock is that they are going to be awfully conservative, and I suspect tell us to supply almost anything which is requested, whereas if we handle this by ourself, we might be able to protect RPM a little better. They tend to have someone who is an expert in all of these fields, and I think this can lead to problems.
