It is Important that we begin the process to make the appropriate change now so that we don't have a panic situation later this year. By the same token. It is important that the phase-in of the new material be coordinated as smoothly as possible since once Oshkosh is converted, any remaining asbestos, block would have to be scrapped according to hazardous waste law, and this is an expensive propostion.
