CRANE" <CRANEAA@wwps-a1 ,email,dupont.com>, Leslie A Osucha/AE/DuPont@DuPont Subject: Wash Works RFI Strategy Team Meeting Notice Washington Works RFI Team: As per the April 6 confrence call between Bob Ritchey, Izzy, Andrea, Tim, Pat, Alison and myself, please set aside Friday, May 7 for an all day meeting (8am-3pm) at BMP#27 to review preliminary RFI risk assessment results and formulate strategies/actual words for the report's conciusions/recommendations section. We will also work through EPA's Environmental Indicator (GA725 and CA750) questionaire, which may help identify issues of concern. Based on my conversation with Tim this morning, Pat is to forge ahead with development/calculation of the C-8 soil Risk-Based Cleanup Level using the Stine-Haskell AEL/CEG development information, Pat has eomitted to having this work completed by May 7. It also appears that the current C-8 drinking water standard will be used in the risk asssessment with the assumption that the number could change in the future based on ongoing tests at S.H. Tim has also informed me that the C-8 meeting scheduled for May 6 could potentially be delayed. Based on this, it is more critical than ever that we have a Teflon business contact at our May 7 meeting, Rob, we hope you can join us we desperately need buy-in from the business before we submit this document to EPA at the end of June. I will develop a detailed meeting agenda, including desired outcomes, ect. in the next week or so, Leslie, can you please schedule a confrence room here at BMP#27 for May 7 (Thanks!)
