How much time would he need-could potentially make it work. We have a few pending meetings out there. Can we regroup Monday once we look at what's set

Mike
It has been a long time. Keri Norris, Jeff Bell, and I were together in DC two weeks ago, and we were talking about you and our meeting
17cv01906 Sierra Club v. EPA
ED 001523B 00005862-00002
with you and Harlan way back when, which led to our great victory at the FTC. I am sure your ears were ringing.
I am writing at Keri's suggestion to see if you might be able to help secure EPA Chairman Scott Pruitt's participation at an event we are hosting on the first 100 days of the Trump Administration. (See below) The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C. and we would like to feature Chairman Pruitt as a keynote speaker. Keri will be attending, as well as one or two other Legal Shield reps. I am hoping that you might be able to make it too.
The program will provide an overview of the President's early governing priorities as well as sessions on energy, infrastructure, consumer protection, communications, international trade, cybersecurity, government contracts, and other important areas of change. We are expecting 200-300 attendees from major U.S. corporations to attend. Confirmed speakers include CPSC Acting Chair Ann Marie Buerkle, Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes (who is being considered for the Federal Trade Commission Chairmanship), and Congressman Garret Graves. Other high-level agency, congressional, and administration speakers have been invited and are expected to commit in the coming days.
This event will offer speakers:
An opportunity to highlight the administration's accomplishments from the first 100 days and lay out the agenda for the rest of the year.

A platform to help contribute to the news cycle on a day that will receive concentrated media focus at the premier program commemorating the 100th day in D.C. and build relationships with other senior administration officials and Members of Congress, as well as the business and legal community
If it is helpful, we can provide you with a list of expected attendees prior to the event.
We really would like to have Chairman Pruitt on the program, and one of my partners (Joseph Corrigan) has reached out to his office as well. Any help you can provide to secure his participation would be much appreciated and I will owe you one. If you need more information or just want to catch up, give me a call. 202.409.9433.
