The Chairman Mr. H. A. Smith presented the Fibre Inspector's Report for February The January report had been circulated by mail These reports were discussed and duly accepted
Checking of bag weights by the Fibre Inspector was discussed but no action was taken The question of overweight bags going to the trade was discussed and by motions duly made seconded and carried was referred to the Montreal Executive Meeting
