[__j^x. 7(F)__j is traveling with the Administrator as the Shift Leader for Phoenix (Scottsdale). | Ex. 7(F) iis one of the advance Agents, !Ex. 7(F) is room needs to be near the Administrator because he is doing the midnight shift and needs to be close by. Since the rooms there are so expensive,! Ex. 7(F) land the other Agents are staying at a Doubletree nearby.] ex. 7(F)jis the Lead Advance Agent for Scottsdale.
I'm the Shift Leader for the Houston trip and] Ex. 7(F) |is the Lead Advance Agent for that one.

I believe there will be a security detail assigned to him as well as and Advance staff. Unfortunately I don't know who will be assigned as if now. EPA will be paying for the staff accommodations but if possible could you hold 2 rooms for the team members?
