7 A It is a large organization consisting of
8 engineers that have some involvement with the
9 transportation industry so that the largest portion of
10 it is involved with cars and trucks, but also planes
11 and aerospace, even some boat-related things are
12 involved in the study, but it is anything to do with
13 transportation.
14 So it is the Transportation Engineering
15 Society where people get together and present
16 technical papers, have meetings, try to come up with
17 test procedures and standards for whatever may be
18 important with regard to automotive engineering.
