It was very useful for us to understand the possibilities for developing analytical methods. You'll find attached to this email our presentation as well as three examples of analytical methods developed by individual companies and that may serve as basis for further work. - Methodology for initial screening applicable to articles treated with fluorotelomers: enables to distinguish between C8 and C8 treated articles (developed by Daikin) - Methodology for PFOA concentration in aqueous polymeric dispersion and C8/C6 fluorotelomers (developed by AGC Chemicals) - Methodology for PFOA concentration in articles made of fluoropolymers (developed by 3M) As evoked, we would be interested to receive your recommendations regarding whom to contact on analytical methods within the REACH Enforcement Forum, possibly also CEN/CENELEC.
