Conoco will ship equivalent quantities of VCM from their Lake Charles Plant to Tenneco Plastics1 Plants in New Jersey. This swap was made with Conoco as they took VCM from Tenneco during our high inventory period during 1970. Conoco would like to start the VCM swap during April. They had requested that we ship two MM lbs. of VCM to Diamond Shamrock according to the following schedule. Conoco will furnish three or four 30,000 gallon cars for this service.
