The action taken by your management in supplying
approved respirators for your employees at the Wilders Plant
is appreciated.
'
It may be of interest to Mr. Schulte and your management to consider the following outline of a program for effective adaptation:
1. Establish and define by clear marking those areas where respirators must be worn.
2. Issue individual respirators.
3* Instruct wearer id testing respirator for proper fit each time he applies it to his face.
4. Provide a sanitizing program which will assure daily washing and sanitizing of respirators worn.
5. Maintain an adequate stock of filters and replacement parts so that respirators can be maintained in maximum operating efficiency at all times.

lng program for new employees so that they understand that
wearing of this protective equipment as Instructed Is a con
dition of employment.
,
We trust that the above suggestions will be of assistance In Indoctrinating your employees into the regular proper wearing of this essential respiratory protection.
Our survey Is not intended to cover every ac cident potential; it relates only to the hazards referred to herein.
