I question the decision to withhold the offer from any customer. If any clarification is needed on exported containers, I suggest adding the statement "In case of leak or spill, contact your Monsanto agent." If provisions are made for proper incineration in other areas our agents could provide better options. Bill Papageorge is investigating other leak or spill remedial action possibilities that Monsanto agents might suggest to forestall careless extension of problems. The signal word WARNING shown on the PCB text attached to your memo should be changed to "Notice" or "Attention." Do not use the words Warning, Caution and Danger as they are reserved for relation with physiological hazards.
