I would like to reiterate too. This is not a minor nuisance. It is a major, life threatening problem. Per you advice, I am going to make another 20 calls to the hotline and file another 20 cases and if that does not help I am going to contact every radio, TV and internet media outlet around the country and share my full story. I will make sure to mention every name of the person who was willing to listen and who made real effort to resolve this "stinky" situation. I realize that DEP departments are not ready to help us and that is exactly why I am looking for a person in charge who is not afraid to do the right thing and save lives. And if that person is a president of the united states, so be it.
