Tuohy In September 1981, Texaco's Eagle Point Plant reached a Settlement Agreement with OSHA concerning certain chest X-ray findings and their possible relation to past asbestos exposure. Eagle Point's Health Division was also required to review their chest X-ray reports for the pre ceding five C5i years for the presence of these findings. As a result of this review, four retired employes. were identified whose chest X'-ray reports were included in this group, p^cause we are uncertain whether or not the results ^re previously made known to these employes, I - propose to advise tl^Jfh using a letter similar to the enri.oseo-'draft.
