This has been brought about by the unsatisfactory aervic9 from the Canadian Continental conference during 1963. It uias anticipated that this could be arranged at no increase in cost over 1963 rates. He requested approval in principle to negotiate such an arrangement. ^Provided the approval of Lake Asbestos, it was agreed thet such___ negotiations could be undertaken.
