Zullo Area summaries and excursions covering the period from July 5, 1975 to July 11, 1975 for the Bendix System are tabulated in the attached Tables I to IV. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour. The Reactor Building showed 11 excursions y 25 ppm with 1 reading Y 100 ppm. The Pilot Plant showed 1 excursion Y 25 ppm with no readings V 100 ppm. The General Area showed 2 excursions ^25 ppm with 1 reading y100 ppm. All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Three readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting three separate incidents. One incident occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the gelatin make-up area, second floor. One incident occurred in the Pilot Plant at the cooling tower.
