S. Naval Ship Research and Development Laboratory or by the undersigned, its agents, employees, or sub contractors in fire resistance testing (paraKraDh 4.4.1 of MIL-H-1945?B (SHIPS) on TuFblnol' 1S25M arising or resulting directly from the failure of Turblnol 1223M to meet the undersigned's specifications therefor.
