The latter is quite a book, which seems to me to be packed with useful information. I wonder if It would not be a good Idea in such a book to give a few warnings to people against the creation of the more significant hazards of painting operations. It would seem to me to be a very useful service on the part of your organization to point out the manner In which people expose themselves, especially In inside painting, by carrying out burning, scraping and sand papering procedures without respiratory protection. It would also seem that,in addition to certain precautions with respect to the safety of animals, something might be said, advantageously, about the environmental conditions in relation to babies and small children. With reference to your material as chairman of the A.I.H.A. Committee on Education and Terminology, I shall first find out from dim Sterner whether he wants me to work on this committee, before I bother you further.
