The proposed specification looks OK, but I wonder why there is such a restriction on Antimony and its compounds. THE LD50 value is greater than 20 and its TLV value is 0.5 mg/M . On that basis it's no more - and probably less toxic than lead compounds.
This will severely restrict the use of antimony compounds in fire retardant paints when they could be used if efficient compositions were developed
