Dear Karey Amick, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the B&H Enterprise LLC Facility on March 8, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 949 T B Ellison Pkwy, Port Arthur, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the March 2024 inspection EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued and EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is TXR000078303. This number was assigned to document the inspection and no future action determination.
