I am delighted that you have agreed to participate in the Federalist Society's National Lawyers Convention, which will take place November 16-18, 2017. The bulk of the Convention will take place at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
We have you confirmed to deliver an address which is scheduled for Friday, November 17 at the Mayflower Hotel at 1127 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., here in Washington, D.C. Your address will begin at 11:15 a.m., after an introduction. Please plan on prepared remarks of about 20 minutes, which will be followed by Q&A from the audience. We are trying to find the right person to do a "fireside chat" format. The address and Q&A will end at 12:00 noon.
Press will be in attendance at the event and it will be recorded.
Please complete the information sheet that has been emailed to you in the form of a link and is also available HERE. The information you provide will help us complete the Convention program. In addition, we will make meal reservations based on the information you provide. I hope that you are able to attend the social events as our guest. Please also indicate the name and title of any guest you will bring to the social events.
