The voicemail did not provide any additional information, and we are not clear on whether the voicemail means that EPA intends to publish the FIP or take other action. I would appreciate the chance to touch base with you to understand EPA's plans for moving forward, and APS would at any time convenient for EPA welcome the opportunity to discuss the FIP.
