"Payment", change the initial words "At the end of this Agreement," to read as follows: "(2) On January 1, 1964 and on each January 1st thereafter during the period of this Agreement," 3. Delete in its entirety the first sentence under Section 6. "Period of Agreement" and substitute the following: "The Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 1963 and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by the Owner upon at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior written' notice to the Contractor or terminated by the Contractor upon at least one hundred twenty (120)' days written notice to the Owner." 40 In the first sentence of Section 19. "Termination for Convenience of Owner" change the words "upon ninety (90) days prior written notice" to the following: "upon one hundred twenty (120) days prior written notice" As hereinabove amended, all the terms, provisions and conditions of our said maintenance contract shall remain in full force and effect.
