Dr. Wong and I worked over this material together and revised the contract developed for negotiation with the Biometric Research Institute (3RI). All records associated with the study are presently stored at BRI under a separate safekeeping agreement. Except for paragraphs 24 and 25, the wording of all clauses is comparable to that contained m the CMA vinyl chloride contract. These clauses were reviewed and agreed upon by both CMA counsel and Mr. Edgar. If there are points of contention, either Mr. Joyce or I would be pleased to discuss them with you.
