In view of the experience and prior work of the Construction Division in this field, it is requested that you prepare draft covering sections 3, 4, S and 6 of this outline. If you find the outline or naterlal included is unsuitable, please rearrange it as you see fit. It is suggested that A. L. Linch be called upon to collaborate on the draft, particularly with respect to Section 6, Asbestos Dust Stapling.
