The 10 and 100 mg/L test solutions had suspended material present throughout the test. The 1000 mg/L test solution was slightly cloudy with suspended material present throughout the test. Immobilities at the end of the study were 0, 0, 0, 30, and 30% in the 0,1.0, 10,100, and 1000 mg/L test solutions, respectively. At test end, lethargy was present in 14% (1/7) of the remaining mobile daphnia in the 1000 mg/L test solution. All other surviving daphnids appeared normal at 'the end of the study. The 48-hour ECso, based on nominal concentrations and immobility, was greater than lOOOmg/L. All water quality parameters were within acceptable ranges during the exposure.
