We greatly appreciate Administrator Pruitt's and your efforts to reach out to states, as well of the opportunity to have an open discussion with you on a wide range of issues. As a follow-up to our discussion, I have attached a number of documents for your information. The first document is the "One Cleanup Program" MOA between EPA and WDNR. This MOA has been very beneficial in our efforts to get contaminated property back in to productive use in Wisconsin. The other documents all relate to "treatment as a state" determinations for tribes to implement environmental regulations. These documents include: WDNR comments on a "Revised Interpretation of Clean Water Act Tribal Provision;" Wisconsin's comments on the Forest County Potawatomi Community's application for treatment as a state pursuant to the Clean Water Act; and a Petition for Certiorari, which describes the authority issue that was reinterpreted by EPA. Thanks again! We are committed to service excellence. Visit our survey at http://dnr.wi.gov/customersurvey to evaluate how I did.
