Page 4, Paragraph 3.4.2: Delete in its entirety and substitute the following: "3.4.2 Foam Fluidity - Careful removal of the centered foam retaining ring shall produce j-apid spreading of the foam over the surface of the fuel when tested as specified in 4.5.9. A maximum not-foam-covered peripheral space of 2 inches from the inner edges of the test pan shall be permitted when measurement is made at the 30 second elapsed time period."
