Parker Fri 5/12/2017 2:54:37 PM Caelus / Alaska Update / Meeting Request Dravis, Samantha[dravis.samantha@epa.gov] Good morning, Sarah and Samantha. I will be back in Washington, DC, on Monday, May 23, and Tuesday, May 23, with Matt Musselman and Andy Mormon from Caelus. Caelus is the operator of the Oooguruk production operation, the Nuna development operation and the Smith Bay exploration operation on the North Slope of Alaska. The Smith Bay project is located on state submerged lands (with likely resource onshore on federal lands in the NPRA) about 125 miles west of Deadhorse, and any future development will likely involve development of infrastructure across the NW planning area of the NPRA, which necessarily will involve 404 permitting issues with the USACE/EPA. If your schedule permits, we would like to visit with you to share an update regarding the Smith Bay project, and the issues we anticipate needed to work with you in the coming years as we advance the project to development. At this point, our schedule is entirely flexible, and we can make ourselves available at your convenience either of those days. Thank you. We look forward to visiting with you soon. All the best. - Kyle. Kyle W.
