Tyler(J Central Safety and Health Council Minutes The Central Safety and Health Council met on May 25,1993. Sally Barnes, Serious Incident Investigation Leader, updated the CSHC on the Investigation System. An incident investigation training module is being developed for front line supervisors. This training will be offered in late July. The CSHC discussed follow-up investigation items. A feedback report will be issued periodically showing status of open feedback items. The Safety and Health department will track these items. Aproposal from DuPont to train managers and their direct reports was approved. The training will be conducted in September. The total plant Audit System will be fully implemented by the end of July. The safety indicators that will be used to note system of supervisory weakness was discussed. Seven indicators will be used to pinpoint areas in the system that need strengthened. These seven indicators will be taken together to produce a "Safety Score" for an area and supervisor. The seven indicators are: 1. Safety Meeting Attendance 2. Total Number of Incidents 3. Incident Investigations 4. Incident Corrective Action 5. Supervisor Contacts/Audits 6. Housekeeping Audit 7.
