It vaa reported that clearance had been obtained for Kettering Laborator ies to proceed at' the provident Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Philadelphia, Pa., and the tvo Florida hospitals.
Clearance, has not been obtained to date for the uncoeted duct liner job site (v. 3, Silk), and unlined sheet natal site (S. L. Loeffler).
Engineering descriptions of the job sites shall be obtained, including*

It vas agreed that the job sites would be restricted to the States of California, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, and Arizona.
Job to include the following (complete job descriptions shell be included) no restrictions on filter systems. The jobs shall have been installed at least five years, where possible, and shall be low pressure systems.

Senate Bill #23^ - will require the use of warning labels on fibrous glass products.
It v*a agreed that the Education and legislation Ccanittee shall esteb lish a long range program to combat such legislation. A sub-comoittee
is to be set up to determine the program and its fusing.
THERMAL INSULATION SOCIETY REQUEST
The request from the Charleston, West Virginia Thermal Insulation Society to have NXMA furnish a speaker to talk on the subject of asbestosis was turned over to the Education and Legislation Committee*

The situation in Florida, where a contractor changed a specification fr*?. rigid board to a rigid round product was discussed*
It was recommended that the meeting scheduled by the SMflA *n Miami, Florida, on February l*, 1?6S, `oe attended by individual manufacturers and not by NIKA.
TV tz?r tests
C. 2. Fmst reviewed the fire tests that were performed by Factory Mutual research Corn, on fibrous glass rectangular duct systems.
C. 2. Ernst is to arrange to have FM run ealorineter tests on the four products. Copies of the tine-temperature charts are to be distributee to the Committee for evaluation.
The technical group is to meet and establish s program that will enable better fire test results to be obtained.
