Kehoe, M.D. Dept, of Environmental Health Kettering Laboratory - College of Medicine Eden and Bethesda Avenues University of Cincinnati Cincinnati, Ohio 45219 Dear Bob: I have located your confidential letter of September 29, 1971 which I had concealed so effectively that not even I could find it. You are a valuable, important and justly famous man. By con trast, X do not even know the gentleman to whom you refer and neither do I know their arguments. No person is important enough for the great Kehoe to enter into conflict with. Any conflict will appear as a petty personality clash. It will subtract from your greatness without changing the ambience in which all of us must live. My considered judgement is for you to avoid any further entangle ments with these men. Only thus can you maintain your effectiveness, your reputation arid your international following. If you remember one of my introductions, I am very happy that the day has come when I can teach grandmother Kehoe how to suck eggs. I am doing so emphatically. I must have grown up. With best wishes to you and yours. Very sincerely yours, GCG:gc George C,, Cotzias, M.D.
