This approach will require you to self-identify 2-3 actions (discretionary policies, advisory guidance, etc.) that have been noted as burdensome. Such feedback may have come to you via public comments during the publication of proposed or final regulations or incoming an letter from an interested entity. Additionally, I would like to include in the FWS response 2-3 perceived burdensome actions that are clearly necessary and have enabled excellent conservation for critters and provide a great benefit to the American public.
