I have no opinion to give on the caoelusions to which this work led, but I wonder if it would not interest you to know that in the nine district of our province, i.a. the eomanmities of Abitlbi and Taaiseaalngue, the specific aartality rate from tuber culosis during the year 1943 has been excessively low. The town of Tsaiscaaingue reached the low rate of 34.8 per 100,000 population end that of Abltibl the rate of 23*5* Abitibi being principally a mining region, it is pretty satisfying to stats that its rate is rsally auch lower than the general rate of the province established for the same year at 82.4* I believe that you aay wish to give this information to Dr. Wbaatley who will certainly be interested to draw a eoaplete comparison.
