Hi everyone. Please see the trailing messages from Lenise to the Chief and Deputy Chiefs about the agency reform and restructure plan that is due to the Department by July 12th. Since we won't have a COS meeting Tuesday, June 27th, it might be useful for us to meet during that time to discuss this ask. If you all will be around and are agreeable, I'll send out an invite.
Thanks,

Colleagues- please see note below that I shared with the Chief and Angela earlier this week. I now have some ideas about what we should put forward including
(b)(5);Deliberative Process Privilege
| I am going to need your help thinking this through, vetting ideas and getting the proposals in the proper format. This is due to the Dept. July 12, and having the NLC next week really challenges us to have time together to think and talk about this request. Andria will share the template for proposals with your Chiefs of Staff. Meanwhile I have attached the re-shaping "framework" we worked on together a few weeks ago in case it stimulates some more ideas for what we should go forward with.

This isn't a
hair on fire drill; we can do this. I am just going to need some exec/ELT attention in the next 2 weeks
and I know there is a lot already going on.
