API represents over 625 oil and natural gas companies, leaders of a technology-driven industry that supplies most of America's energy, supports more than 10.3 million jobs and nearly 8 percent of the U.S. economy, and, since 2000, has invested nearly $2 trillion in U.S. capital projects to advance all forms of energy, including alternatives. We believe that the meeting could serve as an excellent opportunity for companies across the industry to hear more about the regulatory reform efforts that EPA has undertaken. We hope that you will be able to join us on November 2nd. Please let us know if you have any time constraints. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or need more information.
